Refund Policy

Once a purchase is made, refunds are only possible if there is an issue from Team Roshni Seth and we are unable to fulfill or deliver your order.

If eligible, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 30 working days.

Since most of our products are made-to-order, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with exchanges, alterations, or store credit to ensure your satisfaction.

If a customer has accidentally paid twice for a single transaction, one transaction amount will be refunded to the same payment source within 20 working days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.

  • Cancellation requests beyond 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • Cancellation by customer after dispatch will not be accepted.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged.

  • The product delivered is incorrect as per website description.

  • Units are missing from the order.

To initiate a return:

  • Please send a clear snapshot of the outer packaging and the product received within 1 day of delivery.

You may return the product via Speed Post courier service and share the tracking details with our team. Once received and verified, further action will be processed.

Refund Will Not Be Given If:

  • The shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect.

  • The product has been partially used.

  • The product has already been dispatched and is in transit.

  • The return policy terms are not complied with.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is possible if:

  • The product delivered is damaged.

  • The product delivered is incorrect.

  • The product was opened or tampered before delivery.

Damaged products will be reviewed within 7 working days after receiving them at our concerned department. After approval, a replacement will be dispatched.
