Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customized or altered items cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@roshniseth.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.
Exchange Process

Exchanges are only allowed for size or product defects.

If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund (as applicable).

Refund Timeline

Once we receive the product and it passes quality inspection, your refund will be Credited within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items

Accessories, innerwear, masks, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged or Wrong Product
In the rare event you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with images at support@roshniseth.com. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.
