• The returned item passes our quality inspection process.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Sale or discounted items
• Custom-made or altered products
• Accessories and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer after confirmation.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company or bank; processing time may vary.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Items missing parts for reasons not due to our oversight

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
