All orders placed on RoshniSeth.com are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable delivery services such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery across India.

3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Areas: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, festivals, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹99 may apply.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional service fee.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your package anytime through our courier partner’s website or the “Track Order” section on our site.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working to make it available soon.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to support@roshniseth.com with your order number. We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve it quickly.

8. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, do not accept it or take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
